Jean Kent has spent the last 15 years teaching and training online. An early adopter of both Internet and web-based technologies, she was among the first to teach online at North Seattle Community College. Each time she has found a new tool or technology that would improve learning, she’s incorporated it into her own workshops and classrooms. Screencasts, audio and video podcasts, blogging, VoIP, digital video, Google Docs & Spreadsheets, YouTube, and Pageflakes are now routine features of her training and teaching.
